These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the website sketched-graphics.com, purchasing digital products, licensing digital illustrations, downloading files, placing orders, submitting complaints, and contacting Sketched Graphics.
Before placing an order, the Customer should read these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the applicable License Terms.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
Website — the website available at sketched-graphics.com.
Seller — FUNDACJA ROZWOJU PRZEDSIĘBIORCZOŚCI “TWÓJ STARTUP”, operating the project “LIVE Graphic” under the trade name Sketched Graphics.
Sketched Graphics — the trade name used for the illustration project implemented by Yevheniia Lytvynovych within the organized project “LIVE Graphic”.
Customer — any person or entity using the Website, placing an order, purchasing digital products, or requesting licensing or custom illustration services.
Consumer — a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Business Customer — a person or entity purchasing Digital Products for business or professional purposes.
Digital Product — a digital file or set of files offered on the Website, including illustration archives, individual illustrations, visual systems, downloadable files, ZIP archives, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF, or other digital formats.
Visual Archive — a large-scale digital illustration collection built as a structured visual system, usually including coordinated elements, variations, details, and supporting illustrations.
Individual Illustration — a single digital illustration available for separate purchase or licensing.
Custom Bundle — a selection of several Individual Illustrations chosen by the Customer and purchased together as one order.
Bundle Pricing — a volume-based pricing model in which the final price may be calculated automatically depending on the number of selected Individual Illustrations and the selected license type.
License — the right to use the purchased Digital Product under the terms selected by the Customer and described in the applicable License Terms.
Order — a purchase or licensing request submitted by the Customer through the Website or by direct communication with Sketched Graphics.
Download — access to a purchased Digital Product through a download link, customer account, file delivery system, or other digital delivery method.
3. General information
The Website offers digital illustration products and licensing options, including:
- premium hand-drawn visual archives;
- individual hand-drawn illustrations;
- digital illustration sets;
- downloadable illustration files;
- commercial licenses;
- custom bundle selections;
- custom illustration or archive extension inquiries;
- broader licensing options by individual agreement.
All products sold through the Website are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.
The Website may include product descriptions, previews, mockups, usage examples, license information, and file format details.
Product previews and mockups are for presentation purposes only unless clearly stated as included files.
4. Technical requirements
To use the Website and Digital Products, the Customer needs:
- internet access;
- a device capable of browsing websites and downloading files;
- an active email address;
- software suitable for opening the purchased file formats.
Depending on the product, files may include:
- AI;
- EPS;
- SVG;
- PNG;
- JPG;
- PDF;
- ZIP archives;
- other formats specified on the product page.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that they have suitable software to open and use the files.
Vector files may require software such as Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, CorelDRAW, Inkscape, or another compatible program.
5. Product information
Each product page should include, where applicable:
- product name;
- product type;
- number of included illustrations or files;
- file formats;
- file dimensions or resolution;
- information whether files are vector or raster;
- license type;
- price;
- delivery method;
- usage restrictions;
- relevant technical requirements;
- information that the product is digital and no physical item will be shipped.
The Seller makes reasonable efforts to present products accurately.
Slight differences in colour, preview display, file appearance, or mockup presentation may result from screen settings, software differences, or file format limitations.
6. Prices, taxes, and bundle pricing
Prices are shown in USD
Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the tax status of the Seller and the Customer’s location.
The final price, including any applicable taxes and fees, will be displayed before the Customer confirms the order.
For Individual Illustrations, the Website may apply automatic Bundle Pricing when several Individual Illustrations are selected together.
In such cases, the basket may display:
Standard individual total — the total price of the selected Individual Illustrations if purchased separately.
Bundle price adjustment — the automatic price adjustment applied when several Individual Illustrations are selected together.
Final bundle price — the final price payable by the Customer before checkout.
Bundle Pricing is calculated automatically based on the number of selected Individual Illustrations and the selected license type.
Bundle Pricing is a volume-based pricing model and does not constitute a temporary promotional discount.
If the Website offers a temporary promotional price reduction, sale, campaign discount, or other time-limited discount, the required legal price information will be provided separately.
7. Placing an order
The Customer may place an order through the Website or, where applicable, by direct email communication with Sketched Graphics.
To place an order through the Website, the Customer may be required to:
- choose a Digital Product, Individual Illustration, Visual Archive, Custom Bundle, or License;
- add the product or selected illustrations to the cart;
- provide the required order and billing details;
- select a payment method;
- accept these Terms & Conditions;
- accept the applicable License Terms;
- confirm any required consent related to digital content delivery;
- complete payment.
The contract is concluded at the moment specified by the checkout system and confirmed in the order confirmation.
8. Payment
Available payment methods may include:
- card payment;
- other payment methods available at checkout.
Payment provider: Stripe
Payments are processed by external payment service providers. The Seller does not store full payment card details.
The Customer should follow the payment instructions displayed during checkout.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order.
9. Delivery of digital products
Digital Products are delivered electronically.
Delivery may take place by:
- automatic download link;
- email with a download link;
- another method specified during checkout.
Unless stated otherwise, access to the Digital Product is provided after successful payment.
The Customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that they can receive messages from Sketched Graphics or the file delivery system.
If the Customer does not receive the download link or cannot access the file, they should contact:
10. Digital content and right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
However, Digital Products are delivered as digital content.
If the Customer requests immediate access to the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period, the Customer may lose the right of withdrawal once access to the digital content begins, provided that the Customer has given express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Before receiving immediate access to a Digital Product, the Customer may be asked to confirm the following statement:
English version:
I agree to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.
Polish version:
Wyrażam zgodę na natychmiastowe dostarczenie treści cyfrowych i przyjmuję do wiadomości, że po rozpoczęciu pobierania lub uzyskaniu dostępu tracę prawo odstąpienia od umowy.
This checkbox should not be pre-selected.
If the Customer does not agree to immediate delivery before the end of the withdrawal period, access to the Digital Product may be delayed until the withdrawal period expires.
11. Refunds
Due to the nature of Digital Products, refunds are generally not available once the Customer has received access to or downloaded the Digital Product, provided that the Customer gave express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
If the Customer experiences a technical problem with the Digital Product, the Seller may first provide technical support, a corrected file, a replacement file, or a new download link.
This does not limit the Customer’s statutory rights.
The Customer may submit a complaint or refund request if:
- the file is defective;
- the file cannot be opened due to a technical issue caused by the file itself;
- the wrong product was delivered;
- the download link does not work;
- refund;
- another legal basis for complaint or refund applies.
Refund requests should be sent to:
The request should include:
- order number;
- email address used for the order;
- product name;
- description of the issue;
- screenshots or additional details, if relevant.
Depending on the situation and applicable law, the Seller may offer:
- technical support;
- a corrected file;
- a replacement file;
- a new download link;
- another solution required or permitted by law.
A refund is not granted automatically if the Customer simply changes their mind after receiving access to the Digital Product, provided that the Customer previously agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
12. Complaints
The Customer may submit a complaint if the Digital Product or service does not conform to the contract.
Complaints should be submitted by email to:
The complaint should include:
- Customer name;
- order number;
- email address used for the order;
- product name;
- description of the problem;
- preferred solution, if applicable.
The Seller will respond to complaints within the period required by applicable law.
If the complaint is justified, the Seller may provide:
- technical support;
- corrected files;
- replacement files;
- a new download link;
- another remedy required by law.
Consumer rights cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms & Conditions.
13. Licenses and permitted use
Purchase of a Digital Product grants the Customer a license to use the illustrations according to the selected License Terms.
The purchase does not transfer copyright ownership.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, all copyrights remain with the author / rights holder.
The Customer may use the Digital Product only within the scope of the purchased license.
The exact permitted uses, restrictions, and commercial rights are described in the applicable License Terms.
The License Terms form part of the purchase and should be accepted before completing the order.
14. Prohibited use
Unless expressly allowed in the applicable License Terms or in a separate written agreement, the Customer may not:
- resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the original files;
- upload the files to stock platforms, marketplace platforms, print-on-demand platforms, or asset libraries as standalone assets;
- claim authorship of the original illustrations;
- register the illustrations as trademarks or logos without a separate license;
- use the illustrations in unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or harmful content;
- use the files for AI training, machine learning datasets, generative AI model training, or similar data extraction purposes;
- create competing digital illustration packs, clipart sets, asset libraries, or design resources based primarily on the purchased files;
- make the files available in a way that allows third parties to extract, download, or reuse them as standalone assets.
Additional restrictions may apply depending on the selected license.
15. Custom work and custom extensions
Custom illustration work, custom archive extensions, exclusive licenses, buyouts, or broader commercial usage may be agreed separately.
Such work may require:
- a written quote;
- defined scope of work;
- timeline;
- payment schedule;
- revision terms;
- license terms;
- exclusivity terms, if applicable.
Custom work begins only after the scope, price, payment terms, and usage rights are confirmed in writing, unless otherwise agreed.
16. Intellectual property
All illustrations, product previews, product descriptions, visual archives, website graphics, texts, and other materials available on the Website are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
The Customer receives only the rights expressly granted under the applicable License Terms.
No part of the Website or Digital Products may be copied, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or used beyond the purchased license.
17. Customer obligations
The Customer agrees to:
- provide accurate order and billing information;
- use the Digital Products only under the purchased license;
- not share download links with unauthorized persons;
- secure purchased files from unauthorized distribution;
- ensure that their intended use complies with the License Terms;
- contact Sketched Graphics if broader usage rights are needed.
The Customer is responsible for any use of the Digital Products beyond the scope of the purchased license.
18. Reviews and testimonials
At the date of publication of these Terms & Conditions, the Website does not publish customer reviews or ratings.
If the Website publishes reviews, testimonials, or customer opinions in the future, the Website will indicate whether and how such reviews are verified, where required by law.
19. Newsletter and marketing communication
The Customer may subscribe to a newsletter or agree to receive marketing communication, if such option is available.
Subscription is voluntary and may require separate consent.
The Customer may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting Sketched Graphics.
Personal data related to newsletter or marketing communication is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
20. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies are used according to the Cookie Policy.
The Customer should read both documents before using the Website or placing an order.
21. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
If the Customer is a Consumer, they have rights under consumer protection law, including rights related to:
- pre-contractual information;
- digital content conformity;
- complaints;
- statutory remedies;
- withdrawal rights, where applicable.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory legal provisions prevail.
22. Business customers
If the Customer purchases Digital Products for business or professional purposes, they are responsible for selecting the correct license for their intended use.
Business customers should contact Sketched Graphics before purchase if:
- the illustrations will be used in packaging;
- the illustrations will be used in products for resale;
- the illustrations are a central part of a commercial product;
- broader, exclusive, or multi-project usage is required.
23. Limitation of liability
The Seller is not liable for:
- incorrect use of files by the Customer;
- incompatibility with software not listed or not commonly compatible with the provided formats;
- unauthorized modification or redistribution by the Customer;
- use of the files beyond the purchased license;
- temporary technical issues outside the Seller’s reasonable control;
- failure to access files due to incorrect email address or Customer-side technical problems.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, especially in relation to Consumers.
24. Changes to products and website
The Seller may update, modify, reorganize, or remove products, previews, descriptions, prices, and website content.
Changes do not affect orders already completed unless the change is required by law or benefits the Customer.
The Seller may update Digital Products, but is not obliged to provide future updates unless expressly stated on the product page or in a separate agreement.
25. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions may be updated due to:
- changes in law;
- changes in website functionality;
- changes in payment, delivery, or licensing systems;
- introduction of new products or services;
- technical or organizational changes.
The current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on the Website.
For orders already placed, the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of purchase apply, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
26. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to Consumers in their country of residence.
