License
The User has the right to choose one or more of the following types of licenses: standard (non-exclusive) and extended (non-exclusive).
STANDARD LICENSE (limited commercial use):
Non-exclusive license, which validity term from the date of its acquisition is the entire period of validity term of its copyright to a particular digital product. This license is valid worldwide. The distribution of digital goods in the original form and (or) its parts is prohibited. It is not mandatory to mention the name FUNDACJA when using these digital goods.
Terms of limited commercial use:
This license can be used for purchasing digital goods for only 1 (one) own commercial project of the User or for 1 (one) commercial project for 1 (one) customer of the User. The digital goods acquired under the standard license can be used to create a wide range of products such as souvenirs, promotional products, clothes, furniture, etc. that are intended for sale. However, it's essential to note that the total number of such products for sale should not exceed 500 (fifty) units. If the purchased digital goods are used on television, in video or television movies, streaming videos, video on demand and (or) in online video, the standard license can be applied only provided that the budget of such video does not exceed 10 000 USD.
COMMERCIAL LICENSE (extended commercial use):
Non-exclusive license, which validity term from the date of its acquisition is the entire period of validity term of its copyright to a particular digital product. This license is valid worldwide. The distribution of digital goods in the original form and (or) its parts is prohibited. It is not mandatory to mention the name FUNDACJA when using these digital goods.
Terms of extended commercial use:
This license can be used for purchasing digital goods for only unlimited commercial projects of the User. The digital goods acquired under the Extended license can be used to create a wide range of products such as souvenirs, promotional products, clothes, furniture, etc. that are intended for sale, provided that the total number of such products is unlimited. If the purchased digital goods are used on television, in video or television movies, streaming videos, video on demand and (or) in online video, the extended license can be applied to the video with any budget.
Terms of personal use:
One license entitles the User to use digital goods for personal purposes unlimited number of times.
LIMITATIONS ON USE OF DIGITAL GOODS AND SERVICES
The User shall not:
Use digital goods in any way other than those expressly permitted by these the Terms of Service and terms of the relevant license.
Use digital goods for the purposes expressly prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Poland or other applicable legislation.
Use digital goods in the manner that violates the rights of third parties with respect to trademarks and other intellectual property rights or causes claims for unfair advertising or competition.
Use any digital goods (completely or partially) as a trademark, service mark, logotype and (or) other means of individualization or a part thereof.
Directly or indirectly create a false impression that any digital goods were created by the User or any other person who is not the owner of the copyright to these digital goods.
Use any digital goods (completely or partially) without changes. The end products and designs must be significantly different from the original resource.
Use any digital goods (completely or partially) to make competitive digital products for selling like patterns or digital papers.
Resell, redistribute, provide access to, share, use them for prints on demand (make-to-order) or transfer any Visual Content except as specifically provided herein.
Digital goods are provided "as is" without any warranty, both express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of suitability for a particular purpose.
