License

When you purchase digital illustrations from Sketched Graphics, you receive a license to use the files under the selected license type.

The purchase does not transfer copyright ownership.

All original illustrations, visual archives, product previews, and related digital files remain the intellectual property of the author / rights holder.

You may use the illustrations as part of your own final design, product, publication, packaging, branding, or creative project, depending on the license you choose.

License options

Personal License

For personal, non-commercial use only.

This license is suitable for:

personal art projects;
personal prints;
private gifts;
personal stationery;
non-commercial social media posts;
study, moodboards, or personal creative experiments.

This license does not allow commercial use, client work, products for sale, templates, merchandise, print-on-demand, or digital products for distribution.

For any commercial use, please choose a commercial license.

Standard Commercial License

For limited commercial use.

This license is suitable for:

one commercial project of your own;
one client project;
small business materials;
packaging concepts;
labels;
editorial layouts;
websites;
social media graphics;
posters;
printed materials;
small physical product runs.

The Standard Commercial License allows use in one clearly defined commercial project.

If the illustrations are used on physical products for sale, the total quantity must not exceed 500 units.

Digital end products are allowed only when the illustration is part of a final, flattened, non-editable design and cannot be extracted or reused as a standalone asset.

This license does not allow resale of the illustrations as clipart, SVG files, PNG files, templates, digital papers, pattern packs, Canva templates, printable packs, or other design resources.

Extended Commercial License

For broader commercial use.

This license is suitable for:

multiple commercial projects;
multiple client projects;
agencies, studios, designers, and publishers;
larger product lines;
branding systems;
packaging;
advertising materials;
merchandise;
publishing;
large-scale print runs;
professional design work.

Physical end products may be produced and sold in an unlimited number of units, unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed separately.

Digital end products are allowed only when the illustrations are incorporated into a final design and cannot be extracted, edited, reused, or downloaded as standalone assets by end users.

Digital templates, editable products, Canva templates, clipart sets, SVG bundles, printable packs, digital papers, and similar resale products require express written permission or a custom license.

Custom / Exclusive License

For broader, exclusive, or special use.

A custom license may be needed for:

exclusive use;
archive buyout;
custom illustration extensions;
removal of a product from future sale;
larger brand usage;
multi-brand usage;
high-volume product resale;
direct file access for a client or team;
logo, trademark, or design rights;
special publishing, media, or campaign use.

Custom or exclusive licensing requires a separate written agreement.

Unless such written agreement is signed, all licenses remain non-exclusive.

What is allowed

Depending on the selected license, you may use the illustrations as part of final designs such as:

packaging;
labels;
editorial layouts;
books;
websites;
branding materials;
posters;
printed goods;
finished merchandise;
advertising materials;
social media graphics;
product designs;
presentation layouts.

You may resize, recolour, crop, combine with text, and adapt the illustrations for your final design.

Modification of the files does not transfer copyright ownership.

What is not allowed

You may not:

resell, share, give away, or redistribute the original files;
upload the files to stock platforms, marketplaces, design asset libraries, or file-sharing services;
sell the illustrations as clipart, SVG files, PNG files, vector assets, digital papers, patterns, stickers, printable elements, or downloadable graphics;
create competing illustration packs, clipart sets, vector bundles, asset libraries, template kits, or design resources based mainly on the purchased files;
make the files available in a way that allows others to extract, download, edit, or reuse them;
claim authorship of the original illustrations;
use the illustrations as a trademark, logo, registered brand mark, industrial design, or exclusive brand identifier without a separate written agreement;
use the files for AI training, machine learning datasets, generative AI model training, data scraping, or similar automated extraction;
mint, sell, or distribute the files as NFTs or blockchain-based assets without a separate written agreement.

Client work

Designers, agencies, studios, and creative professionals may use purchased illustrations in client projects according to the selected license.

You may deliver final designs to your client, such as packaging layouts, brand presentations, editorial layouts, printed materials, website graphics, or final product artwork.

You may not transfer the original editable files to the client unless the license specifically allows it or separate written permission is granted.

If your client needs direct access to the original files, a separate license or written agreement is required.

Credit

Credit is appreciated but not required, unless agreed separately.
